My overall stay is very good, considering the safety and location of the Circulo Verde...

I specifically liked the room all the things needed is already there.

The washing machine is not working. The owner does not have a Receipt for payment.

The property was very clean.

The property was very clean. The TV had it’s own Netflix and the bed and sofa were very comfortable. It has many kitchen equipment and the refrigerator was clean and functioning very well. The Wi-Fi wa fast and the overall property was aesthetically pleasing. The reception and owner were both friendly and cooperative. It has a nice view and looks much better than in the pictures. Airconditioning was fair

The property has no water dispenser so we had to get water outside. The only trashcans in the property were in the bathroom and on the balcony.

Weekend well spent

View from the unit is superb. The unit is self is spacious and clean. Utensils for cooking is complete. Internet is fast and we have access to netflix which is good as we love watching movies. The owner of the unit is very kind and accommodating. She even let us stay for another hour. Overall, our stay here is fantastic and we'll definitely book again.

Sofa and dining furnitures quiet modern, nice and neat.

No aircon in the lounge only a fan. But in the bedroom aircon it was not working properly as it was still warm when set at 18 or 19 degrees.

No convenient store and we need to ride on a trike just to go in the nearest supermarket.

Home Away From Home

The fully-equipped kitchen! It allowed me and my friends to cook whatever we want without a fuss and the bathroom is squeaky clean, although the airconditioning was not centralized, the balcony provides an airy, homey and relaxing ambience. Hits the spot!

Ive booked the unit for my parents and grandma whilst in NZ.

Ive booked the unit for my parents and grandma whilst in NZ. The transaction with Gina (owner) was very smooth as I requested an early morning check in due to my parents arrival time to Manila plus also the travel time (manila traffic ). I am pleased that my family were accommodated despite the unusual check in time. As per mom, the place was so comfy and clean (coming from a super clean freak mom) and also great view from the balcony. They definitely enjoyed their stay. So, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! will definitely book this unit again...

Great place to stay.

-Style of the living room and kitchen. All needed utensils and appliances are available -Balcony view is great. -Bathroom has bidet/ tissues/ and water heater for shower. Strong water pressure -many pieces of hangers available for use. 20 pcs to be exact - towels were well provided - safety deposit box is also available -Netflix availability -has sky cable and internet available -Soft and comfortable bed and clean sheets -Comfortable sofa too - Living room design is great and relaxing. - Has microwave, toaster, water kettle or thermos and kitchen cutlery and utensils available. - Very close and accessible to the Guesthouse Hall. -Quiet and peaceful neighbor-rooms. My other cousin was booked in Ibiza that weekend and she told me in the morning that she wasn't able to sleep there since the other loft house were having a party till 3am. - Complete furniture and appliances within the room. New or modern. It was prettier than the one we booked for our other relatives that weekend in Lleida tower. They have 2 bedrooms there, but I still prefer this room even if it has 1BR only.

-Color of the Bed room curtain. -I believe that is red or dark pink. It matches the over-all theme but It hurts the eyes in the morning, specially if you want to snooze a little bit more. -No paper towels for the kitchen -No anti slip mat inside the bathroom. -unable to lock the balcony sliding door -Inverter A/C is located inside the bedroom; when you close the bedroom door, it becomes a bit warm in the living room area in the morning and noon time only. Temperature is good in the living area during late in the evening.
